Specialities of
our kitchen are various liver pates, marinated duck
chest, sheep and goat 'curd', in the season the
asparagus, different kinds of meats, vegetables and
fresh spices.
In our
menus there is emphasis on basic fresh ingridients from
the area. They are changing with the season (every
second-third week). We also offer you top quality
self-processed ham but only if the offer on the market
is supreme. It can happen that there is no such ham on
the menu for short wile.
